5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Products ordered through lyvfully.com are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated shipping times are provided but not guaranteed.

We currently only ship orders to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the continental U.S., in accordance with our return and refund policy.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear written statement sent to aeva@lyvfully.com before the withdrawal period expires.

To qualify:

• The product must be unopened and in original condition
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
