We ship Monday through Friday and most orders received by 11AM EST will ship that same day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship the following business day. Your tracking link will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours.

We ship to the continental United States; however, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. Each package will ship via USPS

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Products ordered through lyvfully.com are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated shipping times are provided but not guaranteed.

We currently only ship orders to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the continental U.S., in accordance with our return and refund policy.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. More information is available on our Return Policy page.

Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM PST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 10 AM PST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Packaging:
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking:
All shipments include tracking numbers emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking information is provided via email to the address used during checkout.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at aeva@lyvfully.com within 7 days of expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted even for opened items. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse or fraud.

Shipping Restrictions:
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where delivery has been repeatedly unsuccessful.
